LHT Express is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting our premier DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics solutions to a broad range of clients. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities, secure new accounts, and ensure a seamless transition of these clients to our operations team.

As the commercial face of our organization, you will leverage your industry knowledge to craft compelling sales pitches, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies specifically focused on DDU and DDP logistics services to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
  • Prepare accurate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract signing and project handover.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Logistics.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial sales, account management, or the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms, specifically DDU and DDP regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
