Tanggung Jawab
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.Partner with commercial and operational teams to provide insightful financial analysis, cost-benefit reviews, and performance evaluations.Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and internal profitability to identify margin-improvement opportunities.Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to simulate various business and investment scenarios.Prepare regular financial performance dashboards and reports for senior management.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or a related analytical role.Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling) and financial reporting tools.Demonstrated ability in business partnering and translating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.Fluency in English is highly advantageous for business reporting.
