Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with commercial teams to develop robust financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with a focus on commercial performance.
- Drive cost-optimization initiatives and ensure efficient resource allocation across departments.
- Manage financial modeling to support pricing strategies, product profitability, and market expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide actionable insights and variance analysis to leadership to support effective business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of 5-8 years in commercial finance, business partnering, or financial controlling roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, strategic narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
