Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Lead financial reporting processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial workflows and improve efficiency
- Mentor and develop junior accounting staff through structured training programs
- Implement financial controls and risk mitigation strategies across departmental functions
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in financial systems and processes
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and strategic recommendations
- Manage stakeholder relationships with external auditors and financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounting with team leadership exposure
- Proficiency in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and financial regulations
- Advanced expertise in ERP systems and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of process improvement and cost optimization
