As the Commercial Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify revenue-generating opportunities, negotiate deals with key stakeholders, and manage relationships with sponsors and partners. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and sustainability of our basketball programs and initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth for Philippine basketball initiatives
- Identify, prospect, and secure new sponsorship and partnership opportunities with brands and organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate commercial contracts and sponsorship agreements that align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling partnership proposals and presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on commercial performance, pipeline status, and market insights
- Represent the organization at industry events, networking sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial development, sales, or partnership management
- Proven track record of securing sponsorships and driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of the sports industry, particularly in the Philippine market
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in basketball or sports organizations is a strong advantage
- Result-oriented with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
