- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share targets
- Lead direct sales channel management including distributor relationships, retail expansion, and key account management
- Design and execute multi-channel customer acquisition programs through digital, traditional, and experiential marketing
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, suppliers, and commercial allies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years commercial experience with 3+ years in senior management roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales channels
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior
- Expertise in developing and executing commercial marketing programs across multiple channels
