Are you a high-performing professional with a passion for agriculture and commodity markets? Vasham is seeking a dynamic Commodity Trader to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our end-to-end corn (jagung) trading operations. You will manage the entire supply chain cycle, from procurement and logistics to market analysis and final distribution across all company units.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end commodity trading operations for corn, ensuring seamless supply chain flow across all business units.
- Analyze domestic and international market trends to forecast price movements and adjust trading strategies accordingly.
- Identify, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with corn suppliers and distributors to ensure consistent stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics/transportation to optimize delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Execute hedging strategies to mitigate price risks and ensure profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive trade reports and market analysis for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control, to ensure products meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in commodity trading, preferably within the agricultural or grain sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management and agricultural commodity markets.
- Proficiency in market analysis, data interpretation, and financial modeling.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and make high-stakes decisions quickly.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
