In this critical position, you will be the architect behind integrated internal communications strategies and impactful employee engagement initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating VDL ETG's vision, values, and strategic objectives into compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse workforce across our Singapore operations. You will be responsible for developing and managing various communication channels, from digital platforms to town halls, ensuring consistent, timely, and engaging messaging.
You will design and implement creative engagement programs that enhance employee morale, promote collaboration, and strengthen our corporate identity. This includes organizing events, crafting internal campaigns, and supporting change management efforts through clear and empathetic communication. Collaborating closely with HR, leadership, and various departmental heads, you will act as a strategic partner, advising on best practices and ensuring our internal communications effectively support business goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with VDL ETG's strategic objectives and corporate values.
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, emails, digital signage, and internal social media platforms.
- Plan, organize, and execute engaging employee events, workshops, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Create compelling and clear content, including articles, announcements, presentations, and videos, for various internal audiences.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to support change management initiatives through effective communication plans.
- Provide strategic communication advice and support to senior management and departmental heads.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a brand guardian internally, ensuring all internal communications reflect VDL ETG's brand identity and tone of voice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful communication and engagement strategies and campaigns.
- Proficiency in using various digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet CMS, email marketing tools, presentation software).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various departments and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an aptitude for developing innovative engagement initiatives.
