- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Create and distribute engaging content across multiple channels (intranet, email, newsletters, digital displays)
- Coordinate cross-functional communication campaigns for major company initiatives and events
- Manage internal communication platforms and ensure content accuracy and timeliness
- Facilitate leadership communications including executive messaging and town hall meetings
- Analyze communication metrics and implement data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with HR to align communications during organizational changes and employee programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in content creation tools (CMS, graphic design, video editing)
- Experience managing internal communication platforms (intranet, Slack, Teams)
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Creative problem-solving abilities with innovative communication approaches
- Understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices
