Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to promote sustainable coconut products and initiatives
- Build and nurture vibrant online and offline communities around our brand values
- Create compelling content including stories, articles, social media posts, and newsletters
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms
- Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and engagement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community management, communications, or marketing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture or food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
