Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies to drive employee engagement.
- Draft, edit, and distribute engaging content across various channels, including newsletters, intranet, and social platforms.
- Plan and coordinate company events, town halls, and team-building initiatives to foster workplace culture.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to refine communication tactics and improve reach.
- Collaborate with department heads to facilitate effective change management and corporate messaging.
- Handle internal inquiries and serve as a brand ambassador for internal initiatives.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of organizational updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal engagement, or related roles.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong editorial and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and basic design software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Express).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, proactive, and a collaborative team player who works well with minimal supervision.
