Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for the APAC region, tailored to local markets while aligning with global Swiss Re standards.
- Manage internal communications initiatives to foster employee engagement, culture, and alignment with organizational goals across the APAC hub.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage press relations, crafting compelling press releases and statements.
- Oversee external brand presence, including website content, social media channels, and corporate presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Marketing, Investor Relations, and HR to ensure consistent messaging.
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Support crisis management efforts by preparing communication materials and advising leadership during sensitive situations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the financial services, insurance, or reinsurance sectors.
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing both internal and external communications in a complex, multinational corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging messages.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership.
- Cultural fluency and an understanding of the APAC business landscape.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools, content management systems, and social media platforms.
