Join JLL's dynamic communications team as a Communications Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping strategic messaging for one of Asia-Pacific's most high-profile accounts. You'll collaborate directly with the Communications Lead to design, implement, and evolve comprehensive communications strategies tailored for the FCDO (Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office) account. This position requires a creative storyteller with a strategic mindset to craft compelling narratives across diverse channels while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance. You'll be instrumental in driving internal engagement, enhancing external visibility, and supporting JLL's mission to deliver exceptional client experiences in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while ensuring all communications align with global standards and local market nuances.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute APAC communications strategies for the FCDO account in alignment with business objectives
- Create compelling content including press releases, newsletters, social media posts, and executive communications
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms
- Monitor media landscape and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media contacts
- Ensure all communications comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Support crisis communication protocols and issue management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate communications or marketing
- Proven expertise in developing APAC-region communications strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience working with government or international development organizations preferred
