Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and logistics of community arts programmes and events.
- Engage directly with seniors and diverse community members to ensure a welcoming and high-quality participation experience.
- Support daily operational tasks, including venue setup, materials preparation, and equipment management.
- Manage administrative duties such as data entry, participant registration, and reporting.
- Capture event highlights through photography or social media content creation to showcase our impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote upcoming activities and initiatives.
- Conduct research on community needs to help improve programme offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Social Work, Arts Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for community development, the arts, and working with the elderly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by programme schedules.
- Mandarin proficiency is preferred for engaging with local communities.
