Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience in community management or content creation
- Proven ability to create bilingual (Indonesian/English) educational content
- Expertise in social media platforms and community engagement tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
