Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in banking, sales, or community engagement roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse community groups
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and financial products in Selangor
- Proven track record in achieving deposit acquisition targets
