Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster strong relationships with retail investors
- Create and manage content tailored for the investment community across various platforms
- Coordinate with automation tools such as Telegram bots to streamline community communication
- Organize virtual and in-person events to enhance community engagement and networking
- Monitor community feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve our approach
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with business goals
- Identify and nurture potential community leaders and brand advocates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Experience in community management or development, preferably in the financial or investment sector
- Familiarity with Stockbit and Indonesian retail investor communities
- Proficiency in using automation tools such as Telegram bots for community coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience in creating and executing community growth strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to analyze community metrics and derive actionable insights
