Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement community engagement programs promoting active aging in the East Region
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with local organizations, government agencies, and community groups
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and recognition initiatives for senior programs
- Conduct needs assessments and community outreach to identify service gaps
- Develop and manage event calendars for senior-focused activities and workshops
- Monitor program effectiveness and prepare impact reports for stakeholders
- Advocate for senior inclusion through public awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Social Work, Gerontology, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in community engagement or program coordination
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing relationships with community partners and volunteers
- Knowledge of active aging principles and senior care landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Creative problem-solving skills and initiative in developing community solutions
