- Conceptualize and implement effective communication strategies for Community Engagement Events (CEE) meetings
- Develop creative ideas and execute internal Vanguard events that promote team cohesion and organizational culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, patients, and healthcare partners
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of community outreach programs with organizational goals
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives
- Represent Vanguard Healthcare at community events and functions, serving as a brand ambassador
- Develop and maintain content for various communication channels to promote community engagement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community engagement, event management, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful events and initiatives
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
