You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute engagement programs that strengthen our presence in Samarinda and surrounding areas.

Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with driver partner communities across diverse regions
- Facilitate regular communication channels to ensure ongoing dialogue with community members
- Identify and address community concerns, providing timely solutions and feedback
- Develop and implement community engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Collect, analyze, and report on community feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Organize community events and forums to foster collaboration and trust
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community needs are integrated into service offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community engagement, customer relations, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution
- Proven track record in developing and executing community engagement initiatives
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of Samarinda and surrounding areas is highly desirable
