- Develop and implement community engagement strategies tailored to arts and cultural programmes.
- Coordinate logistics for community events, workshops, and exhibitions to ensure seamless execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, artists, and local community leaders.
- Conduct outreach activities to identify and recruit participants for various programmes.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement initiatives, preparing regular reports.
- Liaise with internal teams to align community activities with organizational goals.
- Assist in fundraising efforts by engaging potential donors and sponsors.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Arts Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community engagement or event coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for the arts.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with the local community landscape is highly desirable.
