  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with driver partner communities across diverse backgrounds

  • Gather and analyze feedback from driver communities to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address community concerns and implement solutions

  • Track and report on key community metrics and engagement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community management, customer relations, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in event planning and community engagement initiatives
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local transportation landscape in Semarang is a plus
