We are seeking a proactive Community Growth Coordinator to join our Early Intervention for Children Services team on a 1-year contract. - Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies aligned with Early Intervention goals.
- Manage and grow the organization's presence across social media platforms and digital channels.
- Coordinate the planning, logistics, and execution of community events and workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including families, volunteers, and corporate partners.
- Monitor community feedback and analyze growth metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Create engaging content, including newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in community development, marketing, or event coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management platforms.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for the non-profit sector and Early Intervention services.
