- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of community engagement initiatives across various platforms.
- Support the moderation of online communities, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for all members.
- Contribute to the creation of engaging content (text, image, video) for social media channels, newsletters, and community forums.
- Help organize and promote online and offline community events, webinars, or workshops.
- Gather feedback from community members and assist in generating insights for product and marketing teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, data entry, and report generation related to community performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and community experience.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for community building, social media, and digital engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and content creation.
- Prior experience with community management tools or graphic design software (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
