Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years experience in community management or content creation
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns
- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CMS platforms)
- Ability to analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and social insights
- Creative problem-solving skills with attention to detail
