Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies across social platforms and digital channels
- Monitor community metrics, analyze data trends, and optimize engagement tactics
- Proactively respond to user inquiries, moderate discussions, and resolve community issues
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align community initiatives with brand goals
- Create compelling content (blogs, posts, newsletters) to foster community participation
- Identify and nurture key community influencers and brand advocates
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events and activations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional community management experience
- Proven expertise with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with audience-centric approach
- Proficiency in community management tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.) and analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Creative mindset with ability to generate engaging content and campaigns
- Data-driven decision making with experience measuring KPIs and ROI
