We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Community Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and its thriving community of ethical hackers and security researchers. You will be responsible for fostering meaningful engagement, building trust, and creating an environment where the community feels supported and valued.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure community feedback is heard and acted upon, and you will play a key role in shaping the overall community experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for the community of ethical hackers and security researchers
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and retain active members
- Monitor and respond to community inquiries, feedback, and support requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve community issues and escalate critical concerns
- Organize and manage community events, AMAs, webinars, and online discussions
- Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement and satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce community-focused campaigns and communications
- Identify opportunities to improve the community experience and implement best practices
Kualifikasi
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, customer support, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Prior experience managing online communities in the tech, Web3, or cybersecurity space is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster trust
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with community platforms, CRM tools, and social media management tools
- Understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, or Web3 ecosystems is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
