Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host a variety of marketing and community events, from intimate networking sessions to large-scale corporate gatherings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, social media content, and campaigns that highlight the community's value.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling KMC services to existing clients.
  • Manage and oversee the community budget, ensuring events and initiatives are delivered cost-effectively and within scope.
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback and trends to continuously improve the client experience and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate strategic introductions between clients and KMC's network of partners to foster business collaboration and growth.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Community Management, Events Management, or Marketing, preferably in a B2B or shared services environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media management tools.
