You will identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including local government bodies, non-profit organizations, community leaders, and private sector entities, all aimed at fostering collaborative initiatives and sustainable development. This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, offering a stable and structured work environment where your contributions are valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate new strategic partnerships with community organizations, local government, businesses, and NGOs in Lombok.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and mutual benefit.
- Design and implement partnership strategies that align with the organization's community development goals and objectives.
- Negotiate, draft, and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate partnership initiatives into programs and projects effectively.
- Monitor the performance of partnerships, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports on progress, impact, and challenges.
- Represent Private Advertiser at community events, meetings, and conferences to expand networks and promote collaborative opportunities.
- Proactively identify opportunities for joint funding applications or shared resources to enhance community impact.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in partnership management, community engagement, or business development, preferably within the community service or non-profit sector.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and sustain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- In-depth understanding of the socio-economic and cultural landscape of Lombok and surrounding regions is highly desirable.
