Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, security, and cleanliness protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades and repairs
- Implement and monitor safety compliance and emergency response procedures
- Manage facility budgets and optimize operational cost-efficiency
- Supervise facility staff and ensure high standards of service delivery
- Conduct regular facility inspections and preventive maintenance scheduling
- Address resident concerns and enhance hospitality service quality
- Develop and implement facility improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of facility management experience in senior living or premium hospitality
- Proven expertise in building maintenance systems and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in facility management software and budgeting tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Certifications in facility management or building operations (preferred)
