We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Community & Program Associate (Part-Time) to join PT Ibunda Sehat Mental. In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in executing impactful community campaigns, managing engaging content, and developing innovative collaboration programs. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and manage community engagement campaigns from conception to completion.
- Develop, write, and manage content for social media and internal communications.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and implement new program initiatives.
- Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and support sessions.
- Monitor program performance and gather feedback to improve future activities.
- Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate community records.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and community members to address inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community management, program coordination, or customer support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media tools and content management systems.
- A genuine passion for mental health advocacy and community development.
- Availability to work part-time hours (specific hours to be discussed).
