Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engagement plans to build strong rapport with internal and external community stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate community meetings, town halls, and outreach programs.
- Monitor local community sentiment and provide regular reports to management regarding social trends and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure company initiatives align with corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals.
- Manage inquiries and feedback from stakeholders to ensure timely and professional resolution.
- Assist in the documentation and preparation of reports on community relations activities and project milestones.
- Identify potential partnership opportunities with local government units, NGOs, and community leaders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in community relations, stakeholder management, or corporate communications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino/local dialect.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to organize large-scale events or public meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to work on-site in Zamboanga City and travel to local project sites as required.
