Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote community welfare programs and initiatives.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of community outreach events, workshops, and fundraising activities.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and graphics.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, NGOs, and community leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activities align with organizational goals and budget.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or community outreach.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
