Leong Hup Jayaindo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Companion Animals Sales Supervisor to lead our expansion efforts across the Central Java (Jawa Tengah) region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our business growth by overseeing product distribution, maintaining excellent client relationships with veterinary clinics and pet retail partners, and providing technical product expertise.
You will lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring that our technical standards for animal health and nutrition are communicated effectively to the market. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the pet care sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting ambitious sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the companion animal division across the Central Java region.
- Provide expert technical guidance to sales staff and clients regarding companion animal health, nutrition, and wellness products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, including veterinary practices, pet shops, and wholesalers.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and target attainment.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and industry health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales supervision, preferably within the pet industry or animal health sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of companion animal health, nutrition, and pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to travel frequently across the Central Java region to visit clients and supervise field operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team toward regional goals.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
