Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary requirements
- Monitor client health conditions and report changes to medical professionals
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities and companionship
- Maintain clean, safe living environments for clients
- Administer medications according to care plans and protocols
- Transport clients to appointments and social outings as needed
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; caregiving certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in senior care or healthcare assistance
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency a plus
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Empathetic nature with patience and cultural sensitivity
