Scholars of Sustenance is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Officer to drive our mission of reducing food waste and alleviating hunger in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you'll develop innovative fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with donors and corporate partners, and secure critical funding to expand our social impact programs. You'll craft compelling grant proposals, organize engaging fundraising campaigns, and manage donor databases to ensure sustainable growth. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with communities in Bali while contributing to nationwide food security initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Cultivate relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners
- Research and secure grant opportunities from international and local funding bodies
- Organize fundraising events and awareness campaigns in Bali region
- Write compelling grant proposals and progress reports
- Manage donor databases and track fundraising metrics
- Collaborate with program teams to demonstrate impact to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of fundraising experience in NGO/social sector
- Proven track record of securing grants and corporate partnerships
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong analytical abilities for donor research and strategy development
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect)
- Knowledge of Indonesian fundraising regulations and compliance
- Passion for food security and social justice causes
