Join Crystal Cold Storage as our Compliance Head and lead organizational excellence through rigorous regulatory adherence and operational integrity. You'll architect and implement robust compliance frameworks that align with industry standards, mitigate financial risks, and foster a culture of ethical conduct across all business units. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of internal controls, audit processes, and policy development to ensure our cold storage operations meet stringent regulatory requirements while maintaining operational efficiency and stakeholder trust.
As guardian of compliance standards, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into daily workflows, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, managing compliance reporting, and leading organizational change to enhance governance frameworks. This position offers the opportunity to shape Crystal Cold Storage's compliance strategy while contributing to the integrity of the Philippines' cold storage and logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs aligned with financial services regulations
- Lead internal audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and mitigation strategies
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance effectiveness
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during examinations
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for all organizational levels
- Manage incident response protocols for compliance breaches and regulatory inquiries
- Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of compliance experience in financial services or logistics sector
- Professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCEP, or similar) strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of BSP regulations, AML/CFT laws, and financial compliance frameworks
- Proven experience leading compliance teams and implementing organizational change
- Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery
