Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate operational activities to ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Conduct regular internal audits and compliance checks to identify potential risk areas.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding compliance status and any identified non-compliance issues.
- Develop and implement updated internal policies and procedures based on changing regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to staff members on compliance-related matters and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments to investigate potential breaches and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all regulatory filings and correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a compliance, audit, or risk management role within the financial services sector.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Philippine financial regulations and industry compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound professional judgment under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
