Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies for mortgage transactions
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on mortgage operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews for Australian client portfolios
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Train staff on compliance procedures and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with legal team to ensure adherence to mortgage regulations
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues with corrective action plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years compliance experience in mortgage/financial services
- Strong understanding of Australian financial regulations (AU client focus)
- Certification in compliance management (e.g., CRCM, CAMS) preferred
- Proficiency in regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
