Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to Philippine laws, regulations, and internal compliance policies.
- Assist in the handling and processing of legal cases and documentation to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Update and maintain compliance manuals, policies, and procedures in line with industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports and presentations for management review.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external legal advisors as needed.
- Train staff on regulatory updates and compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with the legal team to interpret complex regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Compliance or Legal role within the Banking & Financial Services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, banking regulations, and legal processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
