Leeds Data Technologies is currently seeking a motivated and skilled Computer Field Technician (I.T.) to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City. As a key point of contact for our valued clients, you will deliver exceptional on-site technical support, ensuring their IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities, from the initial setup of workstations and servers to the ongoing maintenance of critical network systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware (desktops, laptops, servers) and software (OS, business applications).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, including network connectivity, system errors, and hardware failures.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) and ensure stable network performance.
- Manage and maintain printing and imaging solutions across various media types, ensuring optimal output quality and resolving complex print issues.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance, system audits, and security updates for client IT environments.
- Document all on-site activities, technical issues, and solutions accurately within the ticketing system and service reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including end-user training and clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the back-end IT team to escalate and resolve advanced infrastructure problems.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as an IT Field Technician, Desktop Support Engineer, or in a similar technical support role.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Experience with network configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and basic server administration.
- Familiarity with a wide range of printing technologies and media types is a significant advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to client sites within Mandaluyong and key business districts in Metro Manila.
