Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment
- Perform routine system backups, recovery procedures, and data integrity checks
- Execute scheduled batch jobs and system maintenance tasks
- Document system operations logs, incidents, and performance metrics
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate complex problems
- Ensure compliance with government IT security protocols
- Collaborate with IT staff on system upgrades and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in computer operations
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals and security practices
- Knowledge of backup/recovery procedures
- Ability to work rotating shifts if required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Government or public sector experience preferred
