Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers to understand their computing requirements and provide expert hardware recommendations.
- Perform professional PC assembly, including component installation and cable management.
- Conduct routine diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation of operating systems, drivers, and essential software applications.
- Maintain an organized and clean inventory of computer components and peripherals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and technical guidance to clients.
- Ensure all sales transactions and technical service logs are documented accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, specifically within the computer hardware industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of PC components (CPU, GPU, RAM, Motherboards, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to assemble, upgrade, and repair desktop computers and laptops.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting and operating system configuration (Windows/Linux).
