As a leading healthcare institution in Malaysia, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our patients and visitors. The Concierge plays a vital role in the first impressions of our guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and staff, managing inquiries, providing directions, and facilitating a smooth flow of traffic within the hospital premises. We are looking for an individual who possesses a calm demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to serve others in a medical environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Direct visitors to the correct departments or medical professionals, providing clear and accurate directions.
  • Answer incoming calls and relay messages promptly and courteously.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing visitor passes or parking requests.
  • Monitor access points to ensure security protocols are maintained while providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints or inquiries with patience and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality or Business Administration is an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
