We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Concierge Intern to support our meeting management operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the events industry within a prestigious environment.
In this role, you will serve as the face of our event, ensuring that VIPs, speakers, and delegates receive world-class service from arrival to departure. You will assist in the seamless coordination of meeting rooms, manage attendee inquiries, and handle logistical details that allow our senior team to focus on delivering exceptional content. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the concierge desk, greeting delegates and providing exceptional customer service throughout the event.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of high-level meetings, including room bookings and setup.
- Liaise with internal event operations teams to ensure meeting spaces are ready and equipped for all sessions.
- Assist in the registration process, verifying credentials and providing necessary information to attendees.
- Handle special requests and VIP logistics to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all guests.
- Monitor the event floor to address attendee needs promptly and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the event management team, including data entry and report generation.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
