Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect work of construction crews to ensure quality standards and compliance with specifications
- Assist in maintaining project timelines and schedules to meet deadlines
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
- Report on project progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Assist in material management, inventory, and proper storage of construction supplies
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite environment
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and other team members
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by project management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and documents
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
