Tanggung Jawab
- Execute architectural and interior construction tasks as per project specifications and supervisor instructions.
- Assist in the installation of fixtures, structural components, and interior finishes.
- Operate manual and power tools safely and efficiently on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring debris and hazards are removed promptly.
- Support site material handling, including loading, unloading, and staging of equipment and supplies.
- Strictly adhere to workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in construction, renovation, or interior fit-out works is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) or equivalent certification.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
- Ability to read basic architectural drawings or site instructions is an added advantage.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward manual labor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required.
