Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the healthcare and parent communities in Batam.
- Conduct professional presentations explaining the value of cord blood banking services to expectant parents.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with obstetricians, pediatricians, and local clinics.
- Provide expert consultancy services to ensure families understand the medical implications and benefits of our services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to enrollment.
- Participate in community outreach programs and regional health seminars.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and market feedback to the regional management team.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the insurance, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of managing a freelance/independent schedule.
- Strong understanding of the Batam market and local networking potential.
- Ability to learn and articulate technical medical information accurately.
- A professional demeanor with a commitment to high ethical standards in healthcare consultancy.
- Possession of reliable transportation and basic mobile office tools.
