Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new clients and promote Cordlife’s range of health and life insurance products to potential customers in the Riau region.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend the most suitable insurance plans for individual and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and schedule effectively to maximize productivity and achieve targets.
- Attend regular training sessions and product briefings to stay updated on industry trends and new policy features.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and policy renewals professionally and efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal sales targets and career growth.
- Ability to work independently as a freelance consultant while adhering to company standards and compliance.
- Valid ID card and ready to be registered as an insurance agent in Indonesia.
