In this role, you will be the voice of our customers within our organization. You will leverage data-driven insights to help shape our product development, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our brand mission. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design and execute consumer surveys, focus group discussions, and interviews to gather actionable market insights.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify emerging consumer trends and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to test new product concepts and gather user feedback.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide insights to improve the overall brand experience.
  • Maintain a database of consumer segments and behavioral patterns to support marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in competitive benchmarking to keep the brand ahead of market shifts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or data analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • High level of curiosity and empathy with a strong desire to understand human behavior.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
