Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute consumer surveys, focus group discussions, and interviews to gather actionable market insights.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify emerging consumer trends and pain points.
- Collaborate with the product development team to test new product concepts and gather user feedback.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and provide insights to improve the overall brand experience.
- Maintain a database of consumer segments and behavioral patterns to support marketing campaigns.
- Participate in competitive benchmarking to keep the brand ahead of market shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, or Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- High level of curiosity and empathy with a strong desire to understand human behavior.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
